I ordered this gown for my senior prom, and ordered it in Red. It was absolutely beautiful, but the middle band would collapse, and it couldn't be seen very well. But other than this, I was in love, and got an evening full of compliments. I now see that it is offered in Royal Blue, and I so wish this color would have been offered so I could have ordered it in Royal Blue rather than Red. But thank you for a beautiful gown!

Gorgeous Dress By Prom 2011 (5/16/11)

My daughter ordered this dress for Prom. Let me tell you it is as beautiful live as it is in the picture. She was gorgeous in this dress. We did have a seamstress prep the trane so it could be bustled so she could dance, but that was our decision. There was a little issue on actual delivery date, but Yes Bridal shipped it Fed Ex next day and it arrived on time. I will definitely recommend Yes Bridal in the future!!

I ordered this dress on 2/25/11 with what seemed to be plenty of time seeing as my event is on the 14th of May. I read reviews about this site after I had already purchased the dress and I was getting a little worried about the quality and the communication with the dress makers. They stayed in great contact with me. After about a month and a half I recieved my dress and I couldn't be happier. The designs are beautiful and was just what I asked for. It also fits perfectly, no alterations. I do have to get it dry cleaned because it was wrinkled but that's okay. Overall I am pleased with this dress, thank you ybridal :)

Shipping Information for Tailor-Made Dresses
Whether you choose a standard size or give us your custom measurements, all our dresses are personally tailored for you from scratch. Because of this, shipping time and our return policy are different for these special items.

Shipping Time
Total Shipping Time is based on the time it will take to tailor your dresses + the time taken for the finished dress to be shipped to you.

Formal Dresses
It will take 10-15 working days to tailor your dresses by professional dressmaker. Shipping time ranges from 5-10 working days - USPS Express (USA only) and DHL/FedEX/UPS (USA and worldwide). The exact shipping time varies according to the country you live in and the shipping method you choose. We will email you a shipping notice with a tracking number after we dispatch your parcel.

Wedding Dresses
It will take 25-30 working days to tailor your dresses by professional dressmaker. Again shipping time ranges from 5-10 working days - USPS Express (USA only) and DHL/FedEX/UPS (USA and worldwide). The exact shipping time varies according to the country you live in and the shipping method you choose. We will email you a shipping notice with a tracking number after we dispatch your parcel.

Order Cancellations
All dresses ordered from us can be cancelled within 24 hours free of charge, no questions asked. However, because your dress is a one-off tailor made for your special day, orders cancelled after 24 hours are subject to a handling fee equaling 30% of the item price. Orders cannot be cancelled after 3 business days. Thanks for your understanding.

It is our great honor that you choose our dresses for your special occasion. Your satisfaction is the most important thing we continuously pursue. If regrettably you find our dresses have the following issues that could not meet your requirements, you have the rights to return the dress to get a refund.

1) Defective, damaged or miss shipped items.
2) Size differs from Client's order information or Ybridal's Size Chart.
3) Color mismatched issue.

Please note that we could not accept your return request if the dress issues are caused by yourself, such as wrong size provided or wrong color selected. Slightly color differences arising from different setup of different computers are acceptable and would not be regarded as color mismatched issue. Please also kindly allow small measurement differences caused by different measuring way.

Please follow the procedures below to return your dress and get your refund.

1) Contact our customer service immediately to notify the issues you find. The time should be within 7 days once you receive it. As we have staff perform quality check before each dress delivery, for the issues you mention, we need you provide evidence to prove, for example, you may need to provide photos to show the wrong size or quality issue.

2) Once we confirm the issue and accept your return request, we will give you the returning mailing address. Please note that any dress return without notifying us will not be refunded.

3) It is required that the dresses should be returned to us within 30 days after we accept your return request. We could not refund you unless we receive the dress within 30 days.

4) For the return without reasonable supporting reasons, at least 30% restocking fee will be charged to you. Shipping cost are not refundable.
