Q1: How to place an order?

It is very simple to purchase your favorite dress online. The steps are as follows:

1. If you are brand new to our website, then you need to create an account simply by clicking the button "Create Account", which is on the middle top of each page.

2. Click your favorite dress page, fill in your wear date, choose your color and size, then click "Add to Cart".

3. Click button “Proceed to Checkout” if your order information is correct.

4.Please provide your correct shipping address and phone number.


5. Fill in your information, such as billing, shipping and payment etc. Click “Place Order”, then your order is placed.



Q2: How to pay my order?

We accept Paypal and other major credit cards (via Paypal), please contact us if you would like to pay in other methods. Signing up for a PayPal account is easy and free, and takes just a few minutes to complete. Once you complete, you can send your payment in minutes. If you would like to pay via credit cards, please view the pictures below for the appropriate procedures. Click "continue checkout" and you will be directed to the next page to fill out your information. You can then use your credit card to pay safely and securely.


Q3: Do you have any offline payment method?

Yes, we have two offline payment method: Bank Transfer and Western Union. Please refer to http://www.ybridal.com/off-line-payment for more details.


Q4: Can I get further discount if I order more?

We are very happy to offer special discount for our valued customers.

- 5% for accumulate amount less than 1000 USD

- 8% for accumulate amount 1000 - 3000 USD

- 10% for accumulate amount more than 3000 USD

If you would like to purchase a large volume, please contact us before your order placed, we will offer you the discount coupon code according to your purchase amount.

For the single hot sales products, we have already offered the discounted prices on the website. If your purchase quantity exceeds minimum requirement, your purchase amount will be discounted directly when order placed. The more dresses you buy, the more discount you will get.


Q5: If I have some special requirements on the dress, such as remove the train, add sleeves, change the neckline etc, can you make it for me? Any additional cost?

Yes, we can make the dress at your request, please just email us your detail requirements, we will check with our dressmaker and notify you if any additional cost needed.


Q6: Can you make a dress according to the pictures I sent?

Yes, we can make the dress according to the pictures you provide, please just send your favorite pictures to ybridal.com@gmail.com.


Q7: How long does it take to receive the product I order?

It normally takes 15-17 working days (wedding dresses) /11-13 working days (occasion dresses) to tailor and 3-7 working days to deliver the dress to you. Altogether, it takes 18-24 working days for you to receive your wedding dress while 14-20 working days for your prom dress. Sometimes you dress delivery may encounter some delay due to unusual weather or any other unexpected reasons. So we highly recommend you order your dress as early as you can so that you could have extra time buffer before your special occasions. If you make your order in a very tight time schedule, please inform us your tight time request immediately, we will try our best to send you the dress on time. If unfortunately we could not meet your time requirement after our time assessment, we would notify you and refund you as soon as possible. You can also email our customer service at ybridal.com@gmail.com to check the detail status.


Q8: How much would the shipping charges be?

Please select the dress you want to order, fill in the required information including color, size and quantity, click “Add to Cart”. You could find the “Estimate Shipping and Tax” in the middle of the page as below, enter your destination such as “country”, “state/province”, then click "Get a Quote" and you will know the estimated shipping fee. If you want to place the order directly, just click “Update Total”, the shipping fee will be update to your order information.


Q9: Which size should I order?

The dresses we make strictly follow the standard USA dress size. All our dress makers have rich experiences in tailoring dresses exporting to USA and Europe.

If you choose standard size, you could select your size according to the Size Chart. If you do not know your detail figures, we highly recommend you have a qualified seamstress to measure your dress size. Always get someone else to make the measurements for you: measuring yourself will give inaccurate numbers and could lead to disappointment.

If you choose to customize the dress, we need you provide us your measurements of bust, waist, hips, hollow to hem, shoulder to waist, height, then our dressmaker will make the dress for you according to the size you provide.

Q10: Where should I measure for the length “Hollow to Hem”?

Hollow to Hem is the length starting at the hollow found at the base of your neck (front), straight down to where you want the hem of your dress to end. If you are selecting customized dress, we need you to provide your length of Hollow to Hem so that you can have dress at the length you request.


Q11: Which color should I pick for the dress that I saw on your website?

Our products have rich colors to complement all skin tones. Please see our Actual Color Chart before you make your decision to make sure you choose the correct color number from the correct fabric color charts. This chart is pretty close to the colors of the actual fabric, however there still may be slightly color differences arising from different computer screen and different fabric at different time. If you really care for the colors, we recommend you choose some main colors, such as red, blue, white, black...for your first dress. These colors rarely go wrong. Also you could contact our customer service to consult for more detail information.


Q12: How to use the coupons of Ybridal?

We continuously reward our customers with additional discount by sending out coupons. If you have received our coupons and would like to order from us again, please input the coupon code into the area “Discount Codes” before check out, then you can enjoy additional 5% discount. The more you buy, the more you save.


Q13: How to cancel my order?

All dresses ordered from us can be cancelled within 24 hours free of charge, no questions asked. However, because your dress is an one-off tailor made for your special day, orders cancelled after 24 hours are subject to a handling fee equaling 30% of the item price. Orders cannot be cancelled after 3 business days. Thanks for your understanding.  


Q14: What is the status of my order?

You can log into your account to check your order status. Status “Processing” means your dress are being tailoring while “Complete” means your dress has been shipped out for delivery. We also update you the order status via email. Order confirmation email will be sent to you to ensure all the information are correct once your order is made. Shipping tracking number will be sent to you once the information is provided by the logistic company.


Q15: Where can I find a local store to try the dress on?

As we are a China-based on-line company, so we still do not have local store in foreign countries. But we have a group of professional dressmakers who have made thousands of beautiful dresses for oversea customers and we have got a lot of positive feedback. So if you are interested in our dresses, you can trust us and have a try.


Q16: Can you provide me the actual pictures of the dress I love?

Since our dresses are all made from scratch, please forgive us that we could only provide actual pictures of some dresses. But we are trying our best to take more pictures of our final products and show you in the near future.


Q17: Why I can not log into my account?

According to our experiences, not able to log into accounts sometimes are arising from the web browser display problems. We suggest you try different web browser to see if it can be solved. If it still does not work, please contact our customer service, we will either fix the problem for you or help you manually processed orders through email.


Q18: Can I get a Magazine/ Catalog from you?

As we are an online store, I am sorry that we still do not have magazine and catalogue. All products have been listed on our website, we also upload new products periodically. Hope to provide our customers more beautiful dresses.


Q19: Can I return the dress if it is just not my style?

As all the dresses are made from scratch according to your order information, if the dresses have no quality problem, I am sorry that we could not accept you return the dress. So please kindly make sure every details before placing an order, such as size, color and style etc. For more information, please refer to our Return Policy for more details.

Q21: I forgot my password, how to get it back?

Please log into our website and click "Sign in", you can see "Forget your password” at the bottom of the page, put into email address that you create account. Then you will receive an new password email.


Q22: Do you sell color swatches?

I am sorry that we do not sell color swatches book any more since the shipping fee you need to pay is too high. If you want to learn more details of the color swatches, please kindly contact our customer service to consult for more detail information.


Q23: Why I need to pay additional custom tax for my dresses?

On certain circumstances, some country may charge custom taxes for the purchase from other countries. Please kindly note that buyer should be responsible for Custom Tax of his country, thanks for your understanding.
