I fell in love with this dress before I went dress shopping in bridal stores. I could not find a dress that I liked as much as this one. In addition, the price is significantly lower than in stores, and Yes Bridal promised the dress in a shorter period of time. (Very important, since I am planning a last minute wedding. The bridal stores told me I would get the dress only a few weeks before my wedding.) I decided to take the chance, despite some bad reviews on the news about ordering bridal dresses off of the internet. I am so glad that I did! The dress took two weeks longer than originally promised and it is a little bit different than the picture, but I actually prefer the difference. I would absolutely recommend this dress!

The dress arrived in exactly 4-weeks. We did custom measurements, and it fit perfectly. You will, of course, need a good solid crinoline!! We had a family friend attach loops so the dress would "bustle" for dancing, etc. This dress was worth the gamble :) I have beautiful pics from the wedding, but I don't see a way to attach them :( If you e-mail me I will try to send my pics to you directly (debbiek12901@charter.net) I do see the site started adding pictures of heir actual dress, "sans" model, and it is true to what you get. I just wanted to let you know I received my dress and I LOVE it! The detail in the embroidery and bead work is amazing!! The train is a lot longer then I expected, I'm going to have to recruit some train bearers now, but it is a definite plus for me! I always wanted a big dress with a train. I know I will feel like a queen in this dress on my big day. I was originally very nervous about ordering such an important item from a site I was unfamiliar with, but I took a chance and I'm very glad that I did. Shipping Information for Tailor-Made Dresses
Whether you choose a standard size or give us your custom measurements, all our dresses are personally tailored for you from scratch. Because of this, shipping time and our return policy are different for these special items.

Shipping Time
Total Shipping Time is based on the time it will take to tailor your dresses + the time taken for the finished dress to be shipped to you.

Formal Dresses
It will take 10-15 working days to tailor your dresses by professional dressmaker. Shipping time ranges from 5-10 working days - USPS Express (USA only) and DHL/FedEX/UPS (USA and worldwide). The exact shipping time varies according to the country you live in and the shipping method you choose. We will email you a shipping notice with a tracking number after we dispatch your parcel.

Wedding Dresses
It will take 25-30 working days to tailor your dresses by professional dressmaker. Again shipping time ranges from 5-10 working days - USPS Express (USA only) and DHL/FedEX/UPS (USA and worldwide). The exact shipping time varies according to the country you live in and the shipping method you choose. We will email you a shipping notice with a tracking number after we dispatch your parcel.

Order Cancellations
All dresses ordered from us can be cancelled within 24 hours free of charge, no questions asked. However, because your dress is a one-off tailor made for your special day, orders cancelled after 24 hours are subject to a handling fee equaling 30% of the item price. Orders cannot be cancelled after 3 business days. Thanks for your understanding.

It is our great honor that you choose our dresses for your special occasion. Your satisfaction is the most important thing we continuously pursue. If regrettably you find our dresses have the following issues that could not meet your requirements, you have the rights to return the dress to get a refund.

1) Defective, damaged or miss shipped items.
2) Size differs from Client's order information or Ybridal's Size Chart.
3) Color mismatched issue.

Please note that we could not accept your return request if the dress issues are caused by yourself, such as wrong size provided or wrong color selected. Slightly color differences arising from different setup of different computers are acceptable and would not be regarded as color mismatched issue. Please also kindly allow small measurement differences caused by different measuring way.

Please follow the procedures below to return your dress and get your refund.

1) Contact our customer service immediately to notify the issues you find. The time should be within 7 days once you receive it. As we have staff perform quality check before each dress delivery, for the issues you mention, we need you provide evidence to prove, for example, you may need to provide photos to show the wrong size or quality issue.

2) Once we confirm the issue and accept your return request, we will give you the returning mailing address. Please note that any dress return without notifying us will not be refunded.

3) It is required that the dresses should be returned to us within 30 days after we accept your return request. We could not refund you unless we receive the dress within 30 days.

4) For the return without reasonable supporting reasons, at least 30% restocking fee will be charged to you. Shipping cost are not refundable.
